We recently had the honor of celebrating 40 incredible years with our valued partners, dealers, and team members, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support we’ve received along the way. The three-day event was a testament to the relationships we’ve built and the shared success we’ve achieved together. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from this unforgettable celebration.

Day 1: BBQ in the Valley

We kicked off the celebration with a relaxed and fun-filled evening: BBQ in the Valley! With delicious food from Crazy Nate’s BBQ, sides from Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen, and desserts from Morsels and More, it was the perfect way to start the week. From buggy rides to laughter shared, it truly set the tone for what’s been an incredible 40-year journey.

Day 2: Inspiring Speakers and Facility Tours

Day 2 was packed with inspiration and insight. We started with powerful talks from our founder, Lee Miller, who shared the history of PVE, and guest speakers Dwight Mason and Brian Miller from ProVia, who spoke on the value of relationships and leadership. The day continued with tours of the PVE facility, where our partners had a chance to see our operations up close. We ended the day with a homemade Amish-style dinner and a friendly cornhole tournament—congratulations to Drews Team (Connor & Carson) for their victory!

Day 3: Trap Shoot and Expert Panel

We started Day 3 with a bang—literally—with a thrilling trap shoot on the farm! Afterward, we gathered for an insightful Q&A session and Parts Process Panel, where partners shared their experiences and ideas for improving efficiency and collaboration. The discussions were invaluable, and the sense of community and teamwork was palpable.

Looking Ahead

As we wrap up our 40th Anniversary event, we’re filled with gratitude for everyone who was able to join us. The memories made, the stories shared, and the partnerships strengthened during these three days will stay with us for years to come. The 2024 Used Parts Network (UPN) convention is being held in Fort Lauderdale, FL this year and we can’t wait to see you all there. Over the past year, the PVE team has undergone a Comprehensive Customer Care Program. This initiative has elevated our communication and sales skills, reinforcing our commitment to our core values of building strong relationships. One of the weld stations at our manufacturing division was in the process of producing a PVE log arch. This part of the arc head is at the beginning stages of the manufacturing process where metal cutouts of the arch are starting to be welded together.
